For women in business, I recommend jackets instead of sweaters. A jacket adds instant authority and broadens the shoulders and slims the hips. The correct jacket length is one inch above or below the widest part of the hips. For a petite woman select a short jacket and matching skirt for added height and presence.

A petite strawberry blonde "Spring" glows in a more polished look using a classic suit in navy blue. She has beautiful, delicate features and by using one color dressing, she looks taller and more professional.

As a woman matures and her hair turns to gray she should avoid wearing gray in clothing. We selected a vibrant, clear red jacket and red lipstick and blush to enhance her coloring. For business I recommend one color dressing in suits with patterns in the blouses and great accessories.
